Strategy has added to its already massive Bitcoin reserves with a fresh multimillion-dollar acquisition.

A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Monday revealed the company bought 430 Bitcoin last week for approximately $51.4 million.
The purchase came at an average price of $119,666 per coin, underscoring the market’s volatility as Bitcoin climbed above $124,000 midweek before retreating to $115,000 by Sunday.
With this addition, Strategy now holds 629,376 Bitcoin acquired for about $46.15 billion in total, reflecting an average cost of $73,320 per coin.
At last week’s highs, the position briefly reached a record valuation of $77.2 billion.
Alongside the acquisition, the firm also updated its MSTR Equity ATM Guidance, noting the move was intended to provide “greater flexibility in executing our capital markets strategy.”
Company founder and chairman Michael Saylor also weighed in on Bitcoin’s swings, writing on X: “Volatility is a gift to the faithful.”
