The Smarter Web Company (AQUIS: SWC | OTCQB: TSWCF) has announced the purchase of 225 additional Bitcoin for £19.6 million, at an average price of £87,096 per coin.
The company now holds 1,825 Bitcoin in total, acquired at an average cost of £80,466 per coin, with a cumulative investment of £146.9 million.

The purchase is part of the company’s stated 10 Year Plan, which includes ongoing Bitcoin acquisitions as part of its treasury strategy.
According to figures released by the company, its Bitcoin holdings have recorded a year-to-date yield of 43,787% and a 30-day yield of 189%.
“Alongside our core business we believe that Bitcoin is the best asset the world has ever seen and because of this we use Bitcoin as a treasury asset for capital being held for future business needs,” said CEO Andrew Webley.
The company began accepting Bitcoin payments in 2023 and has integrated Bitcoin into its treasury policy.
It reports holding over £1 million in cash, with no outstanding debt, and indicates that an additional £1 million in reserves may be allocated toward further Bitcoin purchases.
“Since our IPO, we have raised well over £100 million in equity capital, with no debt, positioning us exceptionally well to pursue our long-term vision,” Webley added.
The company launched its Bitcoin-focused strategy in April 2025, shortly before its listing on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market.
The IPO raised up to £2 million from a mix of institutional and retail investors.
